Scripture: 2 Corinthians 4:16: “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”

Despite outward decline, Paul describes inward renewal taking place day by day. Read KJV. Some seasons reduce what we can do. Energy changes, responsibilities increase, and familiar routines become harder to maintain. In 2 Corinthians 4:16, Paul writes about inward renewal amid the hardships of ministry. His words give room to consider spiritual growth when outward circumstances remain demanding.

Renewal may look quieter than you expected. You may be learning to accept help, speak more honestly, or value a few attentive minutes with God. These changes matter even when your calendar contains fewer completed tasks.

Choose a practice suited to your present capacity. Read a short passage slowly. Pray during an ordinary pause. Let someone encourage you. Take appropriate care of your body as well. Today’s limitation does not prevent a meaningful response to God. Ask Him to deepen love, patience, and hope within the life you are living now.
